BRIMFIELD— Arthur Jones, age 77, tragically lost his life on March 28, after being struck by a vehicle in Brimfield.
Ohio Highway Patrol reported the incident occurred at 10:41 p.m. on Ohio 43. Authorities said Jones was crossing the road from east to west when a southbound driver struck him.
Emergency responders from multiple agencies arrived at the scene, where Jones was pronounced dead from his injuries. The driver was not injured.
The Brimfield Police Department continues to investigate the accident.
