WILCOX COUNTY— Ashley Dailey, age 21, of Camden, sustained injuries early Thursday morning in a single-vehicle accident south of Camden.
Alabama State Troopers reported the accident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Alabama Highway 265. Dailey was riding in a Jeep Wrangler that overturned and hit multiple trees. Emergency responders transported her to USA Hospital in Mobile for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle, a 26-year-old Camden man, was also injured and taken to John Paul Jones Hospital in Camden. Another passenger, a 33-year-old Camden man, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
State Troopers continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
