MOBILE COUNTY—Cheyenne Deshay Taylor, age 29, from Mobile County, suffered injuries in a crash early Sunday morning in Mobile County. The accident occurred at 4:10 a.m. on W. Coy Smith Highway, about four miles west of Mount Vernon.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said Taylor was driving a 2021 GMC Sierra that collided with a 2009 Ford Mustang.
The driver of the Mustang, a 37-year-old male from Mobile County, and a 37-year-old female passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders transported Taylor to USA Hospital in Mobile for medical treatment.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division continues to investigate the incident.
