MODESTO—Jesus Munoz tragically died after a crash in Modesto on Feb. 27, according to the Modesto Police Department.
The incident happened Tuesday night on Sylvan Avenue near Wood Sorrel Drive.
Munoz, who was riding a bicycle, was involved in a crash with a motor vehicle. The motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Additional details about the circumstances of the crash were not immediately released.
Munoz is survived by his wife, seven children, and 13 grandchildren. A fundraiser has been organized to help cover funeral expenses.
The crash remains under investigation by the Modesto Police Department.
