SEGUIN—Joshua Green, 26, died Monday morning in a head-on crash on State Highway 46 at the Guadalupe River. The accident occurred around 7:50 a.m.
Seguin Police stated Green was driving a 2013 Ford F-150 pickup that collided with a southbound 2007 Freightliner head-on.
Emergency responders pronounced Green deceased at the scene of the crash.
A 25-year-old male passenger in Green’s vehicle sustained critical injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. The driver of the Freightliner, a 41-year-old male, escaped with non-life-threatening injuries and was also hospitalized.
The Seguin Police Department’s Traffic Unit is continuing its investigation into the accident.
