TULSA—Kyle Scruggs, age 27, from Tulsa, died in a crash while riding his bicycle to work for the City of Tulsa on Mar. 7. The incident occurred in the morning near W. 37th Place and Elwood Avenue.
Authorities reported that a tractor-trailer struck Scruggs during his commute. Scruggs reportedly was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
Scruggs’ family has started a fundraiser to help with funeral expenses.
