WEXFORD COUNTY— William Bolin, age 56, of Mancelona, died Tuesday morning after a tractor-trailer struck his vehicle on U.S. Highway 131.
The Wexford County Sheriff’s Office reported the crash occurred around 8:55 a.m. near the intersection with E. Countyline Road. Deputies said the tractor-trailer crossed the centerline and collided with Bolin’s pickup truck, which was towing a trailer.
Emergency responders pronounced Bolin dead at the scene.
Agencies assisting included Michigan State Police, Manton Fire Department, and Cedar Creek Fire Department.
The incident remains under investigation.
